Senior Painting Program

The Senior Painting classes were started in 1975 through a grant from the Michigan Council for the Arts.

Costick Activities Center

The class meets on Wednesday 1:00-3:00, all year at the Costick Center on 11 Mile Road east of Middlebelt.  You can see a map and get directions on our Directions Page.

Paints and some supplies are provided by the Farmington Art Foundation.  A painting team made up of members of the FAF offer guidance and encouragement to the students for their painting projects.  The FAF also showcases the seniors’ artwork in the Spring Exhibit each year.
